Combating Med Errors: Practical Strategies for Safer Medication Administration

Medication safety is a shared responsibility, and reducing med errors starts with creating systems that better support staff, strengthen communication, and protect the individuals we serve. In this session, we will come together to explore practical, real-world strategies for safer medication administration and talk through the everyday challenges that can increase risk across workflows, handoffs, documentation, and follow-up.
